All the ingredients that are delivered to the factory have to be tested using various methods to clear the strict quality approval. On approval the ingredients are all grounded to be the same size and then blended according to the designed recipe. The grounded and mixed ingredients are next sent to a machine called the extruder. The mixed ingredients are then cooked at high temperature and pressure with additional water and steam. When they come out of the extruder they go through molds which are round or heart shaped and become food kibbles. The just made food kibbles are very moist so they are dried in large dryers to have the crisp texture finish.

For the finishing touch the molded bits are added with oils, fats and delicious powder. This long line production process is made in consideration to be the best for your pet to help absorb all the nutrients included within the foods.

The finished products are packaged In bags, computer weighed and go through a metal detector to test for safety. Finally the packages are put in carton boxes and sent off for delivery.
